Designer Ann Williamson visits CRS in September 2013

Local designer Ann Williamson will present One Step at a Time.

Spend the morning learning about Ann’s appliqué, piecing and beading techniques and get a first hand look at some of her lovely and unique designs.

Then stay the afternoon for a hands-on workshop:

A Bit of This and a Bit of That

Look at Ann’s process—from idea to sketch to finished garment. Along the way she will show inspirations, drawings and techniques, focusing on her appliqué techniques, bias strips and skinny tubes. She’ll also discuss piecing and beading. And you’ll have time to create your own appliqué sample. Ann will answer all your questions about her techniques. “I have no secrets!”
