President’s Challenge 2018 – Joyce’s Fringed Scarf
Fringed Scarf
I used fabrics in addition to those in the packet, and lightly patterned one of provided ones with oil pastel rubbing. The scarf is made of layers of the fabrics that are stitched in the center, then slashed.
