Passage Quilt Project Sew-cial

Change your typical 5/8″ seam allowance to a quarter inch and forget about fit. Enjoy a fun day of stitchcamaraderie at our annual community service event. Providence St. Vincent Medical Center’s Passage Quilt Project (PQP) invites us to join them stitch pre-cut quilt top kits that are prepared by PQP volunteers.

The Passage Quilt Project volunteers wish is to give comfort to actively dying patients and their families by creating beautiful quilts. QUILT is an acronym for Quiet, Understanding, Individuals, Lives, and Transitions. A patient’s family members select a quilt from those available.
